Step 1. Realize you’re unhappy
Step 2. Make a change
If that doesn’t work, repeat until it does.
Step 3. Try to remember the last time you were happy
Step 4. Follow your intuition
Step 5. Stop being afraid of everything. Take more risks
Step 6. Change your living arrangement
Step 7. Get a job you’re actually interested in to some extent. Or learn to be broke for a while.
Step 8. Find at least one thing you’re passionate about
Step 9. Educate yourself and expand that passion
Step 10. Treat yourself to a new outfit, manicure, hair appointment, whatever. Find a skin you’re the most comfortable in
Step 11. Reconnect with the people who have impacted your life the most. Or share stories about them to someone close.
Step 12. Stop sleeping in and staying up late.
Step 13. Breathe.
Step 14. ….we’re not there yet.
Repeat step 13 as needed.
